Editor's note: Today, we visited the Museum of London where we learned about, among other things, the Great Fire of London which destroyed three-quarters of the city in 1666. As part of the exhibit, children were invited to write a poem about what they had seen. Here is Olivia's contribution:
It started in a bakery
At night when none could see
The wind spread flames
Through timber frames.
Soon it burned past London's walls
It even burned up St. Paul's.
It burned up of lots of houses
An even burned some tiny mouses.
